Claves para una buena entrevista / Tips for a good interview

BUSCAR TRABAJO, ES UN TRABAJO EN SÍ MISMO: Requiere esfuerzo, tiempo y planificación.
JOB SEARCH IS A WORK ITSELF: It takes effort, time and planning

PRESENTA UN BUEN CURRÍCULUM: Ésta es tu primera carta de presentación, procura que esté bien redactado y que tenga una buena estructura. About.me, Online CV Generator, o Resume.com contienen plantillas que te pueden ayudar a diseñar tu currículum.

ESTILISMO: Debemos eligir colores claros en la ropa (huye de los colores chillones) y maquillaje suave. Para el cabello es aconsejable optar por un recogido, es importante que la mirada quede limpia ya que el contacto visual es muy importante.

PREPARATE LA ENTREVISTA: ¿Qué esperas conseguir en tus tres primeros meses? ¿Por qué debemos contratarte? ¿Podrías indicarnos cuales son tus fortalezas y tus debilidades? Seguro que te hacen preguntas de este tipo y te resultará muy cómodo tener la respuesta preparada. Evita responder con las típicas frases hechas, se premia la creatividad.

Sure you ask questions like this and will be very comfortable to have the answer ready. Avoid responding with typical phrases, creativity is rewarded.

NUNCA FALTES A LA VERDAD: Responde con honestidad, por muy grande que parezca el mercado laboral es pequeño y el entrevistador sabe detectar cualquier tipo de fraude.
NEVER MISS THE TRUTH: Answer honestly, however great it may seem job market is small and the interviewer knows detect any fraud.

MUÉSTRATE TAL Y COMO ERES: Pon de relieve que te diferencia de otros candidatos al puesto, muestra tus valores éticos. Lo que si debes hacer sin dejar de ser tu mismo, es adoptar el discurso al puesto para el que te están entrevistando.
SHOW YOURSELF AS YOU ARE: Emphasise that sets you apart from other candidates for the post, show your ethical values. Adopts your discourse for the position which you are interviewing.

SE PREMIA LA INICIATIVA, LA ACTITUD PROACTIVA Y EL ESPÍRITU EMPRENDEDOR: Muchas veces no se busca tanto la aptitud como la actitud, porque todas las habilidades se pueden terminar aprendiendo.
IS AWARDED THE INITIATIVE, PROACTIVE ATTITUDE AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP: Sometimes they are not looking for aptitude, they´re lookinf for attitude, because all learning skills can be completed.

DÁ LAS GRACIAS: Una vez finalizada la entrevista dá las gracias a la persona que te entrevistó, es un detalle que se suele valorar muy positivamente.
